    WEBINAR

Supporting Teams in Domestic Violence Work

Thursday, October 30, 2025, 1 pm to 2 pm ET

    Session Overview:

Those working in the domestic violence field often carry the weight of traumatic stories and the constant demand to show up for others. This can lead to compassion fatigue, burnout, and ultimately, resignations from leaders and advocates who love the work but lack the support needed for holistic sustainability. In this interactive session, participants will explore practical ways to sustain themselves and their teams, creating a healthier culture that allows staff and survivors alike to thrive.

    Session Outcomes:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

✅ Recognize the signs of compassion fatigue and burnout within themselves and their teams.

✅ Identify leadership strategies that promote staff wellness and organizational resilience.

✅ Apply practical approaches to foster supportive, sustainable workplace cultures.
